Mugithi Star Kareh B Emotional Following Death Of Son In Chavakali Boys’ Road Accident
Queen of Mugithi music Mary Goicha alias Kareh B is in mourning following the sudden demise of her son who perished in a road accident involving an Easy Coach bus.
KOM.co.ke understands Kareh B’s son was among the deceased who were in the ill-fated bus that was ferrying him and schoolmates from Kisumu to Nairobi.
The singer’s son, Joseph Manduli lost his life after the bus he was in lost control and overturned at Mamboleo in Kisumu.
His demised left a hole in his mother Kareh B’s heart and she could not help but shoot important question to Chavakali Boys High School administration for being a little bit irresponsible.
Speaking to members of the fourth estate hours after the accident, Kareh B wondered why the school allowed students to travel at night despite concern from parents and guardians.
“The students always travel during the day, I do not know why they were allowed to travel at night. Some parents were okay with the decision but others weren’t. They should have given an alternative to those who had reservations,” Kareh B said.
The musician revealed that she learnt of the accident through social media, something that really did a number on her mental health.
“Several parents were at the Easy Coach stage to pick their children but I could not see my son. I began inquiring of his whereabouts from the school’s administration and I was informed that some of the students involved in the accident had reached out to their parents,” She added.
KOM.co.ke understands Kareh B’s son was set to sit for his national examination this year.
The mother disclosed that the deceased aspired to become a pilot, a dream that was cut short by the accident.
