Total Access: DJ Crème De La Crème Replaces DJ Xclusive On NRG Radio
NRG Radio CEO Kevin Mulei seems to have landed the perfect replacement for his former employee DJ Xclusive.
KOM.co.ke has learnt NRG Radio has appointed DJ Crème De La Crème to fill in the gap left by Xclusive who ditched the station just recently.
DJ Crème made his debut on NRG Radio on Friday, April 5, as he kept the Total Access show, initially ran by Xclusive going.
It is not yet clear if the revered Mixx master was contracted by NRG Radio on a permanent basis or just holding it down for the time being.
Well, permanent or not, DJ Crème De La Crème impressed NRG Radio fans who tuned in for his Friday performance on the uptown station.
Efforts by KOM.co.ke to get a hold of Crème for confirmation on the aforementioned bore no fruits as our calls went unanswered.
However, this publication is following the story closely and will duly update you as new details unfold.
The latest development comes barely a fortnight after DJ Xclusive ditched NRG Radio for Radio Africa Group.
As earlier reported by a cross section of the Kenyan media, the deejay left the station alongside his co-host Mwalimu Rachael who was also poached by the Lion Place based media house.
About a week ago, both Rachael and DJ Xclusive released official statements announcing their exit from NRG Radio and their entry at Radio Africa Group.
It is however not yet clear if Mwalimu Rachael and Exclusive will be joining Kiss 100, Classic 105 or Homeboyz Radio, all owned by RAG.
